STRONG Pilates, one of Australia’s fastest-growing fitness brands fusing Pilates with cardio and strength training, hosted its largest-ever annual conference on the Gold Coast to celebrate this year’s highest achievers across the network and launch new innovations for 2026.
With guests travelling from across the globe, including the U.S., Philippines, and New Zealand, the event recognised exceptional individuals and studios driving the future of hybrid training through leadership, innovation, and a commitment to wellbeing.
Central to the conference was the theme of ‘innovation’ to encourage the STRONG network to enter the new year with a growth mindset, introducing key developments including cutting-edge technology, personalisation and enhanced programming.

From 2026, STRONG will roll out a suite of proprietary tablets across the Rowformer and Bikeformer, empowering users to track performance with greater precision, benchmark against peers, personalise their experience and seamlessly share progress on social media.
2025 was a landmark year for the brand, with 35 new locations launched across Australia, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Indonesia, and the UK, alongside debut studios in Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, South Korea, and Bahrain. In August, the brand celebrated a major milestone, opening its 100th studio in Garwood, New Jersey, and announced plans to launch over 200 studios over the next four years.
