The Australian Auto Aftermarket Excellence Awards recognise outstanding achievers across the automotive aftermarket industry, celebrating organisations that demonstrate excellence, innovation and education across retail, manufacturing, distribution and mechanical service sectors.

A key driver of this recognition has been the rollout of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) across the national network. The platform enables technicians to provide customers with photo and video evidence of vehicle condition, colour-coded reporting (Red, Yellow, Green), real-time job updates and instant SMS delivery of inspection results, helping customers make more informed decisions about their vehicles.
At pilot locations, the introduction of DVI has delivered measurable commercial and customer outcomes, including an increase of more than 15 per cent in Average Repair Order (ARO) within 90 days, demonstrating the power of transparency in building both trust and business performance.
